Sarah, a retired NHS worker, finds joy in an active lifestyle, engaging in a diverse array of sports such as netball, cycling, and tennis. Her passion for staying active and healthy shines through her dedication to these physical pursuits.

In addition to her athletic interests, Sarah has a creative side, as she finds delight in art. Exploring her artistic talents allows her to express herself and further enrich her life in various ways.

Having embraced the Portuguese culture, Sarah immerses herself in the beauty and uniqueness of her surroundings. Whether it's savouring the local cuisine, engaging with the vibrant traditions, or relishing the scenic landscapes, she fully embraces the essence of Portugal.

With her blend of athleticism, artistic flair, and cultural appreciation, Sarah leads a fulfilling and enriching life that brings joy to her and those around her. Sarah is also a volunteer once a week at

APAR local dog shelter, any donations or volunteers are always welcome!
